Asta Jonasson, a former assistant to Vin Diesel, has filed a sexual battery lawsuit against the Hollywood actor.
The alleged incident occurred during the filming of the fifth "Fast & Furious" movie in 2010 in an Atlanta hotel room.
Jonasson claims that Diesel groped her, forcibly kissed her, and engaged in inappropriate behavior against her will.
The incident allegedly took place less than two weeks after Jonasson was hired to work for Vin Diesel.
According to the lawsuit, Diesel pulled up Jonasson's dress, attempted to pull down her underwear, and pinned her against the wall.
Jonasson screamed and ran toward the bathroom, but Diesel allegedly pinned her to the wall, grabbed her hand, and placed it on his erect penis.
Bryan J. Freedman, Diesel's lawyer, issued a statement categorically denying the claims, citing clear evidence that refutes the allegations.
Vin Diesel's sister, Samantha Vincent, an executive at the production company, and the production company itself are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
Hours after the alleged encounter, Jonasson claims to have received a call from Samantha Vincent, informing her that the production company no longer needed "any extra help."
Jonasson, who had signed a nondisclosure agreement, remained silent for years, fearing repercussions and industry backlash.
