Sundar Pichai was born on June 10, 1972 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
He completed his schooling from Vana Vani Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai, And then B.tech from IIT Kharagpur.
He completed his MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He worked in various companies like Applied Materials, McKinsey & Company and In-Q-Tel before joining Google.
Sundar Pichai joined Google in 2004. In 2015, he was declared the CEO of Google.
He helped develop several successful Google products, including AdWords, AdSense, Gmail, and Google Maps.
He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Alphabet Inc.
He is the first Indian to head a major American company.
Pichai is also the host of the popular American game show, Jeopardy.
In 2022, Pichai received the Padma Bhushan (third-highest civilian award) from the Government of India.
