Miranda Lambert dropped out of high school to pursue a music career.
At the age of 15, she started writing songs on a plastic guitar and sang in talent contests in nearby cities.
At the age of 16, Miranda started a job at a veterinary clinic where she worked as a kennel assistant.
She started her music career writing songs for other artists, and then released her debut album Kerosene in 2005.
Lambert made her acting debut in the film, Texas Killing Fields, in 2011.
