The full name of Mary Peltola is Mary Sattler Peltola.
Mary Peltola was born on 31 August 1973 (age 49 years) in Anchorage, Alaska, United States.
Mary Peltola served as a member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1999 to 2009.
On August 31, 2022, Peltola was projected as the winner of the special election to complete U.S. Representative Don Young's term.
Mary Peltola is the first Alaska Native member of Congress.
Peltola was elected to the Bethel City Council in 2011, and served until her term ended in 2013.
